Six new Sunrise Periods announced by the TMCH

The Trademark Clearinghouse just announced six new Sunrise Periods. To participate, contact Nameshield, your Corporate Accredited Registrar.

According to Jean Guillon:
As noticed just below, there are 3 extensions dedicated to the universe of "cars" which brings back the following question: isn't this going to be confusing and should I register my domain name with a "s" or with no "s"? As we have seen it with the ".photo" new gTLD, Registrants seem to adopt domain name extensions without the "s". Domains ending in ".photos" had launched prior to the version of the extension with no "s". Today, the singular version of the extension has more registrations than the plural version of it. Will the same happen with ".car" and ".cars" ?

List of the announced Sunrise Periods:
  1. .AUTO;
  2. .CARS;
  3. .CAR;
  6. .THEATRE.
