Trademarks and domain names?

A "club is a club": sports clubs, fan clubs, night clubs to use a domain name ending in ".club".
From the author:
"With a trademark, the company names and symbols are protected legally so that no one else can use it replicate it. When a cyber villain infringes a company’s trademark by registering it as a domain name, federal registration of the trademark is one of the elements taken in legal proceedings to settle on legal and rightful owner of the domain name".

Reminders:
  • Trademarks should submit their datas into the Trademark Clearinghouse to participate in future Sunrise Periods. The official TMCH calendar is available here;
  • For a better recognition, Clubs should register a ".club" domain name at their accredited Registrar.
