Neustar to acquire back-end Registry for multiple new gTLD applications

A "club is a club": sports clubs, fan clubs, night clubs to use a domain name ending in ".club".
Neustar, a back-end Registry provider, just acquired an Australian back-end Registry.

Extract: "The acquisition will expand the Sterling company's registry services to over 100 new top-level domain names — including .au, .melbourne and .sydney — and is expected to add abot $8 million in new revenues in 2015".
