What's wrong with the Spec 11 of the ICANN Registry Agreement?

Extract: "Specification 11 (“Spec 11″) is the portion of the ICANN Registry Agreement that deals directly with how a new gTLD is used. This Specification applies to all new gTLDs, from totally open new gTLDs to restricted gTLDs to closed .BRAND gTLDs".

Reminder:
  • Sports Clubs can register a ".club" domain name with FairWindsPartners;
  • Brands can submit their trademark data into the Trademark Clearinghouse ("TMCH") to participate in a Sunrise Period. The TMCH calendar is available here;
  • Promoting new domain names to end-users requires time, contact Jovenet Consulting for help.
