Do we need new domains for real estate?

Extract: "Another interesting factor in the success of new TLDs designed for real estate marketing is the inverse relationship between housing markets and marketing spend. In hot markets, where homes go under contract within days of being listed, real estate agents are less likely to invest in a unique domain name and website for a property. There are an awful lot of hot markets right now, at least in the United States".

  • Real Estate agents will soon be able to register their .REALESTATE domain name with GoDaddy;
  • To participate in a Sunrise Period, Real Estate companies should submit their trademark data into the Trademark Clearinghouse and check the calendar;
  • To promote new gTLDs "a different way", contact Jovenet Consulting.
