New TLDs and the paradox of choice

The paradox of choice theory has been heavily questioned and referred to as pseudoscience by economists and psychologists that are pro-choice. Pro-choice argues that adding options generally doesn’t make a difference either way, and that it should rather be viewed as “pareto improvement”, i.e. that the extra options create a better situation for those that want them, but it doesn't make the situation worse for the people that don’t, since all they have to do is to ignore them.Read more here:
